Slow-Cooker Hash Brown Casserole



  • 6 potatoes, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese


  1. Place potatoes in a greased 3 quart slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix together onions, cream of chicken soup, and melted butter.
  2.  Pour soup mixture over potatoes; top with Cheddar cheese.
  3. Cook on low for 3 hours.
