Gingerbread Cupcakes




  1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare the muffin tray with 24 cupcake wrappers.
  3. Mix all the ingredients including the cake mix in a bowl and prepare a smooth batter.
  4. Use a spoon or a plastic bag to fill in the muffin cups with this batter. Only fill two-third of the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
