Dairy Free Whip Cream
This is a great substitute for whip cream. We are milk allergic in my family, so you can substitute your own products. It turned out amazing. We use it on strawberry shortcake and other whipped cream deserts.

Ingredients, Always Organic
½ Cup Soft Goat Cheese
½ Cup Butter Flavored Crisco Shortening
3 Cups organic powdered sugar
1/2 to 1 Cup Soy milk
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
- Cream butter and shortening and then add sugar gradually. Make sure its nice and fluffy and then add the salt and vanilla. Mix again until really fluffy.
- Add about ¼ of the soymilk and fully incorporate. Must be beat well to achieve the right texture for the whip cream.
- Add more soymilk and keep doing the same until the entire amount has been incorporated for desired consistancy. This should take about 6-7 minutes from start to finish.
