After heating the oven on 400 F, coat a round cake pan of 8-inch lightly with butter which is softened. Then dust it will all-purpose flour. Set it aside, then whisk cocoa, sugar, soda, salt and cake flour together in a big bowl. Stir the oil, vanilla, coffee and vinegar then whisk in the mixture of flour until all smooth.
Pour the batter into the pan which was prepared and then bake in the oven on the center rack. You can use wooden skewer or knife to determine when the cake is done The cake will take for about 25-30 minutes. Once done, cool it on a wire rack completely.
