- 2 cups self rising buttermilk cornmeal mix
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup canola oil
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Sift the cornmeal mix, sugar, and salt together. Add in the egg, milk, and oil. Mix the ingredients well.
- Spray a loaf pan with nonsticking spray. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. Bake for 30- 35 minutes.
