3 1/4 to 4 1/4 c. flour (can use a mix of all-purpose and wheat)
Mix in mixer until no longer sticky. Spray bread and bowl with Pam. Cover. Let rise for 15 minutes. Divide dough in half. Shape rolls by rolling into a pizza crust shape. Spread melted butter over dough. Cut with pizza cutter into slice shapes. Roll from outside in.
Place rolls in oil sprayed. Place rolls close together. Cover loosely with a damp towel. Let rise for 15 minutes.
Bake in preheated 425 oven for 8-10 minutes – only until golden on top. Use a pastry brush to spread melted butter on top
