ALL NATURAL PANCAKE, NO PROCESSED ANYTHING!
Ingredients, Always Organic:
- 1 large or 2 small ripe organic bananas, well mashed
- 1 whole organic egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup soy milk (or regular milk if you use it)
- 2 tbsp melted butter or crisco butter flavored
- 1 cup organic all purpose flour (or gluten free coconut flour)
- 1/2 tsp fine ground sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder, for fluffier pancakes
- Mix banana, vanilla, egg, milk together in a bowl and make sure the banana is all mashed and mixed well. Add the melted butter, mix well
- Add dry ingredients and mix well. If batter is too stiff add a dash or two of milk. If the batter is too loose you can add a dash of flour. Add organic coconut flour as an alternate .
- Spray your pan or griddle with some butter, “spray olive oil” or coconut oil. On a low to medium heat, pour some of the batter into the pan & give it about 1 minute or less, flip, cook another minute or so, and done! I love to add dark maple syrup and butter roasted pecans. *Some advice would be to make them small so its easier to flip
