Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


I’m roasting some pumpkin seeds now as a matter of fact! Mmmmm Yummy roasted Pumpkin Seeds…. Love that they are the highest form of Vegan Protein!! OMG the toastier the better!!! And so easy to make.

Ingredients, Always Organic:


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  2. Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes (or less) or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
    I usually go for about 30 minutes before I can’t wait any longer…
  3. In a bowl to cool a few minutes, then Chomp Chomp!!
