Pad Thai French Fries



  • French fries (I think skinny work better than thick for this, but any kind will do)
  • 3 T Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 T Fish Sauce
  • 2-3 t Sriracha (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped cliantro
  • 1/2 lime


  1. Mix the Hoisin and Fish Sauce in a small bowl until incorporated. When the fries are still hot, drizzle this mixture over them. Drizzle or dot the plate with Sriracha, then garnish with peanuts and cilantro. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lime over the top and eat while warm.
