Bean and Queso Dip Pan Fried Burritos


Serves: 4


  • 4 burrito sized flour tortillas
  • your favorite queso dip
  • one 12 oz. can of refried beans
  • oil for the pan
  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • cilantro


  1. In a small pot, heat your refried beans on medium heat until warm all the way through.
  2. Preheat a medium sized pan on medium heat.
  3. Drizzle a little oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
  4. Cook burritos one (or two at a time if there’s room) until crisp and brown on both sides.
  5. Top with sour cream, salsa and cilantro.
