- 4 burrito sized flour tortillas
- your favorite queso dip
- one 12 oz. can of refried beans
- oil for the pan
- sour cream
- In a small pot, heat your refried beans on medium heat until warm all the way through.
- Preheat a medium sized pan on medium heat.
- Drizzle a little oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
- Cook burritos one (or two at a time if there’s room) until crisp and brown on both sides.
- Top with sour cream, salsa and cilantro.
